Teeth Whitening Kit: Sno Teeth Whitening System
Everyone dreams of gleaming white teeth. Across the globe, people will spend $420 million dollars on at home teeth whitening this year alone. Teeth whitening is a huge industry, especially when people are forced to spend over $800 for a professional whitening service at the dentist. When there are home teeth whitening kits like Sno Teeth Whitening System on the market, why spend all that money when you can DIY at a fraction of the price?
The main questions: how effective is the at-home teeth whitening kit, Sno Teeth Whitening System, and is it worth the money in your pocket? Well, I got to test it out for myself on Monday night at the Sno Teeth Whitening Masterclass hosted by AMR on Monday night. I wasn’t too sure what to expect out of the session, but I walked out more informed about Sno works and with my teeth one shade lighter than they originally were. Win!
Here are some things you need to know about Sno Home Teeth Whitening Kits:
How do your teeth become yellow and discoloured?
It’s simply just build-up of years’ worth of eating and drinking that has discoloured your teeth. Anything from coffee, tea, red wine, soft drink, smoking and even chocolate can stain your teeth. I know, chocolate… how could you?
How does Sno Teeth Whitening whiten teeth?
Sno Teeth Whitening kit uses a bleaching process that works by lightening the yellow and discolorations of the enamel and dentin in your teeth. This at home teeth whitening kit utilises Peroxide which creates an oxidation reaction that rapidly whitens your teeth.
What is the active ingredient in the product?
Sno Teeth Whitening contains 18% Carbomide Peroxide, which is the highest concentration of Peroxide allowed in Australia and the same amount that dentists use.
What is the difference between the Peroxide and Non-Peroxide Teeth Whitening Systems?
Sno Express Teeth Whitening System containing Peroxide – With the peroxide based home teeth whitening kit, your teeth will experience professional dentist grade teeth whitening in as little as a week. Your teeth will be whitened and transformed for a fraction of the price of a cost of a similar treatment performed by your dentist.
Sno Sensitive Teeth Whitening System Peroxide-free – This is for those with sensitive gums or have previously had a reaction to peroxide based home teeth whitening kits. Instead, the Sno peroxide-free kit uses Sodium Bicarbonate as its main active ingredient. You will still get the results of whiter teeth, but it may take a few days longer to achieve the results.
How long does it take?
It all comes down to the pre-existing condition of your teeth. The initial results can be achieved in as little as 30 minutes, but you can achieve better results by leaving it in up to 45 minutes each treatment. I noticed an instant change after my first session as my teeth went one whole shade whiter, though most will notice a distinct change in shade after only 2 – 3 applications. Your teeth can be whitened up to six dentist grade shades after 6 – 9 applications in 6 days (depending on how stained and yellow your teeth were) of the Sno Teeth Whitening System.
What else should I know?
The results will last as long as you avoid foods and drinks that will stain and discolour your teeth. Although you will eventually have drinks like coffee, soft drinks and wine that will gradually start to stain your teeth, you can top up your treatment with the home teeth whitening kit whenever you feel necessary. The kit can be kept for 12 months from the date of purchase and extra syringes and whitening gel can be purchased instead of repurchasing the entire kit.
The at-home teeth whitening kit can be used in the privacy and comfort of your own home, so you do not need to visit a dentist prior. Also, there are Sno Peroxide Teeth Whitening Pens retailed at $29 that can be used to maintain after service and get into tight gaps in your teeth – these are my favourite as they really got into harder to reach places on my bottom teeth.
How much does it cost?
Get sparkly white teeth at the low investment of $79 – $129 compared to over $800 you would spend at the dentist for a whitening service.
Is the home teeth whitening kit worth my money?
After my first week of using the product and whiter looking teeth, I would say: Hell Yes! Look no further for a home teeth whitening system that will work for you. Sno is one of the best home teeth whitening systems and well worth the investment in a brighter smiling you!
