While sitting at the basin, customers can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Their necks may be in the wrong position or the basin or chair is stiff, leaving them feeling tender and disappointed. If a client is in a comfortable position with their head nicely rested in the basin, you'll find their hair easier to work on. This is because they won't be moving around as much.
