Meanwhile, Natural Look Balsam Neutraliser provides consistent and long-lasting curls when used with perm-waving lotions. After applying the balsam over the rods, leave on for five minutes. Then, remove the rods and apply fresh neutraliser over the ends for another five minutes. Once the hair is rinsed, follow with Natural Look Intensive Balsam pH 2.5 and rinse away for the final time.

To begin, shampoo the hair using a mild cleanser. Do not massage the scalp or condition the hair. Next, choose the rods. The diameter and number of these will determine the tightness of the curl.
Apply Natural Look Precision Perm using any of the recognised methods, although we recommend the hair be wound with the solution by dampening section by section. Ensure you keep Natural Look Precision Perm off the scalp. Once complete, apply fresh solution over each wind and cover the rods with a perm cap. We suggest checking curl development after 5-7 minutes, then at intervals of 3-5 minutes. The average development time is 5-15 minutes.
Next, rinse the hair thoroughly to remove all solution from the wound rods. The rinse time should be 5-8 minutes. Once done, blot the hair dry using a clean dry towel.
The next step is applying Natural Look Balsam Neutraliser. Shake the bottle gently and pour 100ml into an applicator bottle (or bowl if using a sponge). However, use more for longer hair. Saturate the rods several times, apply approximately two-thirds of the neutraliser and leave on for five minutes. The next step is removing the rods gently without stretching the hair. Apply the remainder of neutraliser. Leave on for a further 3-5 minutes, then rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water. Follow with Natural Look Balsam pH 2.5. Rinse for final treatment.
