I have accidentally ordered twice, what do I do?

If you have processed multiple orders in error please contact our team right away on 02 9618 7654.
It is imperative that you call straight away (not email) as we begin dispatching orders extremely quickly and need to have an opportunity to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. If an email is sent we may not get to it before the order is dispatched resulting in a redirection being required which will incur a fee that will need to be covered by you.
