I have received my order and some of my products have been damaged. What do I do?

If you received your order with damaged products please email sales@amr.com.au and be sure to include images so we can pass on feedback to our dispatch team and couriers.
If you notice the parcel is heavily damaged (particularly furniture items) we recommend you reject the parcel and have the courier return it to us. If you sign for the parcel/item you are agreeing to accept the package in the condition its received in and we are unable to offer any compensation in this instance.
