Who Should Use Dry Skin Products
Dry skin is a common concern for many people. If you experience it, you'll know it can be sometimes embarrassing. There's nothing worse than waking with new flaky skin on your face or body. Dry skin is caused by a number of factors. Things like weather, air conditioning, lack of moisture in the air and using drying soaps. Skin can easily crack if you don't properly hydrate it. You should consider using dry skin products if your skin needs added moisture. The ingredients found in these products have additional moisturising qualities that help prevent drying out. Getting a good skincare routine can help to prevent further drying and repair the skin.
A Good Skincare Routine Requires Dry Skin Products
As much as we would love to recommend scrubbing away those flakes, exfoliation isn't the solution. Keeping your skin moist is what's going to help prevent further damage to the skin. You'll need to steer clear of foaming cleansers and harsh foaming exfoliants. Picking products that contain hyaluronic acid will have a better effect than foaming cleansers. This is because those other ingredients work extra hard to remove oil and dirt, which isn't always great when it also strips away the good bacteria too. Also avoid products that contain alcohol or sulphates, as they can also be drying. Try and moisturise twice daily, once in the morning and before bed. If you are a spa salon owner, ensure you have some AMR dry skin products on hand.
