Shipping Policy:
At AMR, we are committed to offering our customers swift and efficient delivery services. Typically, all standard orders are sent out within 1-2 business days from the moment the order is placed. During peak periods like Click Frenzy and Black Friday, dispatch times may be slightly extended due to the high volume of orders. Be assured that your orders remain our top priority, and we will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
Each order includes a tracking number, which allows you to easily monitor the status of your shipment. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details.
AMR Frenzy Sale - Free Shipping Offer:
During the 2024 AMR Frenzy Sale, free shipping with the following rules has been added to the site:
- Requires a minimum spend of $200.
- Applies to orders within metro areas (excluding NT).
- Excludes large items, such as furniture, towel warmers and salon equipment.
This offer is valid for a limited time only.

Metro Deliveries:
- Sydney, Brisbane (including Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast), ACT, Melbourne: 1-3 business days
- Adelaide: 3-5 business days
- Hobart, Perth, Darwin City, Alice Springs: 6-10 business days
Country & Rural Deliveries:
- Queensland, New South Wales: 3-6 business days
- ACT, Victoria: 4-8 business days
- South Australia: 6-12 business days
- Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania: 10-16 business days
We do not dispatch or deliver on Public Holidays.
Click & Collect:
Click & Collect is offered at all AMR store locations. Here is how it works:
- Shop Online
- Select Click & Collect at checkout as your delivery option (You can nominate someone to collect an order on your behalf)
- Wait for confirmation via SMS/email that your order is ready for collection
- Collect your order in-store during business hours (Bring order confirmation and photo ID)

Order Adjustments and Cancellations:
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has been picked or packed, we are unable to process a cancellation. Any refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-5 working days.
For a change of shipping address, reach out to our team immediately. Note: if the order has already been dispatched, a change of address may not be possible and could result in delivery delays.
AMR Returns Policy:
14-Day Returns
At AMR Hair and Beauty, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
General Return Guidelines:
Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date.
We require that items be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind
- Ordered the Incorrect Item
Please note that gift cards/vouchers purchased from AMR Hair and Beauty cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless they are found to be faulty.
Shipping and Refund Processing Timeline:
Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
We aim to process refunds promptly, and in most cases, you can expect your refund to be issued within 3-5 business days.

Beauty Supply Co. 12 Month Warranty
Beauty Supply Co products are backed by a 12-month back-to-base warranty. Should any product develop faults during this warranty period, customers are required to return the item to their local AMR store. Alternatively, if accessing the store is not feasible, customers can return the item via post to Head Office, with shipping costs to be covered by the customer. It is recommended that customers return the faulty item within 14 days of discovering the fault, after notifying AMR staff.
Upon receiving the returned item, AMR will conduct an in-house assessment to validate the customer's claim. Once the claim is approved, customers can choose between a replacement, a refund, or a store credit.

- Our customer service representative will provide you with a returns reference number and any other information required for your claim.
- Print the information provided by our team and include it with the item being returned.
Ensure the correct return information and the reference number are included. Without these, your claim may be delayed, and AMR will not accept responsibility for any lost or missing items.
