Shipping policy
AMR proudly strives to effectively reduce costs for its valued clients wherever possible. AMR’s competitive postage fee’s is but one example of just how much emphasis AMR places on helping customers overcome the accumulating operating costs, saving them money that can be used for more important expenses in the day to day running of their business. We do ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers, locked bags where furniture is not included.
Note – Please allow additional delivery time frames around public holidays and during peak holiday seasons e.g. Christmas, New Year etc
Shipping Price Calculation: Shipping prices will be calculated either at the checkout when placing an order through the website or once an order is placed over the phone. The shipping cost is determined based on the ordered products, their weights, and the total value of the order.
Shipping Quote Method: The shipping quote is generated considering the specific items in the order, their individual weights, and the cumulative total of the order.
Minimum Charges for Smaller Orders: For smaller orders, minimum shipping charges will apply. These charges are designed to cover the basic costs associated with handling and shipping small-sized orders.

Delivery
Freight charges are stated within the Shipping Page and may change without notice.
Orders are generally despatched within 24-48 hours, however it might take longer if there is an ongoing sale campaign or a promotion.
If there is a problem with your order and we cannot fulfill it within this time frame, AMR will contact you using the contact details that were provided in the ordering process. Please ensure that all details provided are up to date and current.
All delivery times stated on this site are estimated times only, and may vary. AMR will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery.
On delivery, all orders require a signature before release of order. If you would like your parcel to be delivered without a signature, you will select "ATL: YES" In this instance, AMR will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by shipping provider and all responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you.
Once the order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform AMR of any damages or faults within 2 working days.
Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as AMR will take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result.
Authority to Leave
All orders are designated authorised to leave without signature.
Drop Shipping
Some items as listed on our website are drop shipped directly by the supplier. Drop shipping orders will not incur additional fees and there is no minimum order requirement for individual drop shipped orders. AMR will not be held accountable for any potential loss or damaged property that has been sent via drop shipping.
Click & Collect
- If you elect to use Click & Collect at checkout, you are purchasing from AMR Hair and Beauty Supplies Pty Ltd; trading as AMR Hair and Beauty Supplies (ABN 71 141 335 337) who registered office is located at 5 Inglis Road, Ingleburn, NSW, 2565.
- Collections are available at AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies Ingleburn, Penrith and Melbourne stores
- Orders must be collected within business hours of AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies Monday – Friday.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you when orders are ready for collection within the store.
- Click and collect is not available for collection on public holidays, regardless if confirmation has been received.
- For collection of an order, ID displaying the name and address of the purchaser is required.
- In the event of someone collecting the order on your behalf, ID will be required with the same address as purchaser, unless disclosed in order notes.
- Returns and warranty for click and collect orders still adhere to the same policies as all other AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies transactions. Please read our warranty and returns policy for additional information.
- Click & Collect orders are shipped from the Ingleburn warehouse and might take a few days to get to AMR stores.
AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies makes no exemptions for “change of mind” purchases. Please refer to website terms and conditions for further details.
We cannot be held responsible for good that does not arrive to the customer due to errors made by the customer or drop shipper when entering the residential address. Please ensure you are thorough in checking your order details before confirming your order. Also note that the address must be accessible to courier drivers and if no shipping instructions are left that someone is there to receive the package.
