Collection: Primer
Prepping With Primer Makeup
We all want that perfect streak-free makeup without imperfections. Getting that flawless look comes by getting it right from the start. That means using primer makeup for better results. Primer is a base for foundation, to help it spread more evenly and help for it to last longer. You can get your hands on a cream primer, powder or gel. Powders can be a little more drying than the cream-based ones, so only consider those if you suffer from oily skin. Some primers can also be used to prevent eye creases some professional makeup artists claim. Applying primer is simpler than you'd expect if you've never used it before.
How To Correctly Apply Primer Makeup
Primer is easy to apply but there are is a step you should add before directly apply the product. Firstly, it's recommended you wash your face first to be clear of any impurities. You can just use water or consider exfoliation first. Consider your skin type on what the best method for you normally.
Secondly, when your face is dry, apply the primer. Add a small amount around the size of a pea to your palm. Then evenly rub it over your entire face and neck. Rub it in using small circular motions similar to how you would a moisturiser, starting from the middle of your face and working outwards. You're then able to start to apply your foundation like you normally would. The best part is that it's now more durable and will give you that flawless look. Now all you need to do is find the perfect foundation.
