If you find an identical product advertised at a lower price by another Australian retailer, we may be able to price match the competitor’s price.

Price Match Terms & Conditions:

  1. The competing retailer must be based in Australia.
  2. The competitor’s advertised price, quote or offer must be current and valid at the time of the price match request.
  3. The product must be identical to the product sold by AMR Beauty Group.
  4. The competitor must have the product currently in stock and available in the required quantity.
  5. Any conditions attached to the competitor’s price must be applicable, including payment method, delivery, trade or retail pricing and taxation.
  6. Price matching applies to both full-priced and sale-priced items where the competitor’s offer meets all of our terms and conditions.
  7. Products advertised or sold through third-party marketplaces, including eBay and Amazon, are not eligible for price matching.
  8. Prices advertised by Chemist Warehouse are excluded from our Price Match Policy.
  9. The following brands are excluded from price matching: BKT, Brasil Cacau, Dreame, Eleven, Evo, K18, Kevin Murphy, L'Oréal, Matrix, Moroccanoil, Muk, Olaplex, Redken and Wella.
  10. All electrical items are excluded from price matching.
Price matching does not apply to:
  • Cashback offers
  • Delivery or freight charges
  • Duty-free pricing
  • Payment surcharges
  • Brand or distributor pricing
  • Liquidation or clearance pricing
  • Used, ex-display or floor stock
  • Reproduced or altered competitor vouchers
  • Offers from auction vendors
  • Prices from retailers located outside Australia
AMR Beauty Group reserves the right to limit quantities and to decline a price match request where the competitor’s offer does not meet our terms and conditions.
