The first step is applying Natural Look Foam Energizing Neutraliser. Shake the bottle gently and pour 100ml into an applicator bottle (or bowl if using a sponge). However, use more for longer hair. Saturate the rods several times, apply approximately two-thirds of the neutraliser and leave on for five minutes.
The next step is removing the rods gently without stretching the hair. Apply the remainder of neutraliser. Leave on for a further 3-5 minutes, then rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water. Follow with Natural Look Balsam pH 2.5. Rinse for final treatment.
