This one takes the place of your usual conditioner. It is recommended to use at least weekly, more if your hair is very dry and coarse, after youve washed your hair. Rinse out your shampoo, squeeze out the excess water with your hands, and work this mask through your hair from root to tip.
You might like to use a wide-toothed comb to make sure youre getting an even application. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse.
