The first step is applying Natural Look Balsam Revitalising Neutraliser. Shake the bottle gently and pour 100ml into an applicator bottle (or bowl if using a sponge). However, use more for longer hair. Saturate the rods several times, apply approximately two-thirds of the neutraliser and leave on for five minutes.
The next step is removing the rods gently without stretching the hair. Apply the remainder of the neutraliser. Leave on for a further 3-5 minutes, then rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water. Follow with Natural Look Balsam pH 2.5. Rinse for final treatment.
