When using for the first time, open the back of the light and remove the small plastic disk that separates the two batteries. Replace batteries and battery cover then turn the light on using the button located on the front of the unit. Be careful not to look directly at the 6 LED lights as they are extremely bright. Once your Sno Advanced Comfort Mouth Tray is in place, insert your LED light into your mouth then sit back and relax.
