Cold Smoothing (Natural Movement):
Apply the Pre-treatment to damp hair, then apply the Smoothing Crème 1/2 inch from the scalp. Process for 10–20 minutes (strand test frequently), rinse thoroughly for 5–7 minutes, and apply the Conditioning Neutralizer for 10 minutes. Finish with the Post-treatment crème for 3 minutes before a final rinse.
Heat Straightening (Fully Straight/Sleek):
Follow the Cold Smoothing steps, but after rinsing the Smoothing Crème, blow-dry hair to 80% and flat iron ultra-thin sections 2–3 times at a professional temperature setting. Proceed to apply the Conditioning Neutralizer over the straightened hair, process for 10 minutes, rinse, and apply the Post-treatment crème.

Key Ingredients: Aqua/Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, 2-Oleamido-1,3-Octadecanediol (Patented Ceramide), Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Arginine HCl, Silk Amino Acids.
(Formulated to equalize hair porosity and provide a protective buffer on sensitized areas before chemical processing).
2. Smoothing Crème - Sensitized (240ml)
Key Ingredients: Aqua/Water, Ammonium Thioglycolate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ammonium Hydroxide, Glycerin, Pro-Keratin Complex, Cetyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-33, Pentasodium Pentetate, Hexyl Cinnamal.
(Utilizes Thio-technology enriched with Pro-Keratin to reshape the hair fiber with maximum respect for chemically treated strands).
3. Conditioning Neutralizer (240ml)
Key Ingredients: Aqua/Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Glycerin, Amodimethicone, Cetyl Esters, Trideceth-6, Methylparaben, Phosphoric Acid.
(An enhanced neutralizer providing 25% more conditioning to lock in the new straight shape while restoring the hair's natural pH).
4. Post-Treatment Crème (50ml)
Key Ingredients: Aqua/Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetyl Esters, Amodimethicone, Isopropyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Trideceth-6, Chlorhexidine Dihydrochloride, Cetrimonium Chloride.
(A deep-conditioning finish that seals the cuticle for long-lasting smoothness and mirror-like shine).
