To learn the professional Lyco’pedi protocol using this trial-sized system, begin by adding a small amount of the Refreshing Soak to a warm foot bath; allow the feet to soak for 5–10 minutes to cleanse and soften the skin with tea tree and peppermint oils. Next, apply the Sugar Scrub to the damp feet and lower legs, massaging in firm circular motions to exfoliate dead skin cells before rinsing thoroughly. Once the skin is prepped, apply an even layer of the Hydrating Mask to the feet, leaving it to process for 5 minutes to infuse the skin with hyaluronic acid; rinse and pat dry.
Following the mask, perform a practice foot massage using the Massage Lotion, which provides a smooth, professional glide while nourishing the skin with shea butter. To conclude the treatment, apply the Smoothing Cream to the heels and any dry patches; its urea and salicylic acid content work to chemically exfoliate and prevent future calluses.
