It does work

Got my order, it's great. Put the metal rod in the pen with the non-hook part at the tip of the pen. Take a micro-blade and bend it and put it in the pen tip like a bowed rainbow. Push it in so it's held-fast by the opening of the pen. The rod is just to push the blade out more for a wider cut so you don't cut your fingers doing the same. Be careful though, if you are inexperienced you will cut yourself. Go slow when using the pen. Can't beat the price. I got this on sale for $9!

Huh?

Came with a box, two boxes of micro razors, a metal hollow tube pen, and a long curved metal rod. No instructions. Can't find instructions online. This says bifull professional Pen Cut. From watching other videos looks like it's an incomplete pen set? I think it's supposed to have a spring or a different way to put the razor in. I have no idea. Would not recommend this product. Also, I'm not saying it was because of this purchase, but I did have my credit card details also stolen around this time of purchase. I am unsure which purchase was cause.

I have no idea how to get the blades to stay in the pen came with no instructions ,so very disappointed with this product glad I only paid $15 for it.
