AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend this site and the terms and conditions at any time.


By registering and placing an order with AMR, you give us permission to add your contact details to our database so we can send through correspondence that relates to ordering, invoicing, shipping and product reviews and ratings.


You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information by doing the following:

All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and is GST inclusive. The AMR website and store prices are subject to change without notice.

The current price of each product is shown on the website at the time the order is placed.

The price of products on our website may differ from prices in store. Products available on sale online may sometimes only be available for purchase from the website and are not available for purchase in store or by phone order. AMR will not price match any product that is available through the AMR website with the AMR stores product price or vice versa.

AMR reserves to right to amend the prices of any products in the event that a technical mishap significantly affects pricing or pricing mistakes due to human error.

AMR sells to both public and hair and beauty professionals. Some products are exclusively for trade only as stated by the manufacturer.

If you are qualified, or in training, within the hair and beauty industry, you will need to register for a trade account before purchasing these products with supporting documentation. The account will be reviewed, and you will be notified if the account is approved or declined.

All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer and not that of AMR. These warranties are offered by the manufacturer, who specify the warranty periods and may vary for each product.


AMR has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. Therefore AMR has no control as to the time frame. In saying that, AMR will do all that it can to ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible, updating you through the process. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.


AMR cannot be held accountable when the faulty item is sent direct, or communications are made, from you to the manufacturer in the need of repair or a replacement.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.


Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.


It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that AMR deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. AMR will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition. AMR takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.


Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once AMR receives your returned item and deems it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.


All Clearance items are non-refundable, non-returnable or cannot be redeemed for credit purposes.


Any public customer purchasing professional products, although we do not recommend using trade products without technical knowledge, please be aware that you are purchasing at your own risk. Results may vary to what is desired. AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies will not be held responsible and no refunds or credits will be given.


Return Policy on Colours and Developers




If you have selected the wrong colour or developer in-store and wish to return or exchange it, you need to notify AMR staff and return the product/s within 2 hours from purchasing. They can be exchanged or refunded on the condition that the product is unopened. This policy is enforced to ensure product safety.




If you have selected the wrong colour or developer online and wish to return or exchange it, you need to notify AMR staff within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. They can be exchanged or refunded on the condition that the product is unopened. This policy is enforced to ensure product safety.

By using a promotional code, you agree to understanding the terms and conditions stated below. All promotional codes, offers and discounts advertised online are for online use only and are valid for the specified time frame only. All promotional codes are one time use only unless otherwise stated.

All promotional one time only codes must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. For promotions where one or more items are required to be purchased to receive a discount on a second item, the discount will be applied to the equal or lesser valued item.

Promotions requiring a minimum order amount will not include charges for shipping and credits for gift cards in the overall order amount. AMR reserves the right to terminate or continue any promotions at its sole discretion. Promotional codes cannot be applied to shipping, for the purchase of eGift cards, GST or any other such duties.

If you have reason to exchange or return an item where a promotional code was attached, the promotional code (if expired) cannot be reused for replacement or future orders. A credit/refund will be applied for the promotional price charged only.

Promotional items are only valid while stocks last. AMR will not provide rain checks on items that have sold out.

AMR cannot be held accountable when the faulty item is sent direct, or communications are made, from you to the manufacturer in the need of repair or a replacement.

AMR reserves the right to refuse to honour third party websites offering promotional codes on AMR’s site or store.


AMR offers special discounts to customers who use the coupon code found on the amrhairbeauty Instagram account. Customers will receive $10 off their order when they spend more than the total value of $50 on items at our online store. This promotion is limited to a one time use per customer and excludes clearance items. Shipping is to be paid at the customers expense of the customer. There is no guarentee that this promotion is free of errors and AMR reserves the right to amend the promotion accordingly. Discount not valid for customers on Special Price Lists or Distributors.


HYGIENE ITEMS: Due to the current COVID-19 situation, certain hygiene related items now have restrictions on purchase quantities. This is to ensure that all customers have a chance to acquire these items. No sale discounts will apply to these items regardless of the nature of the promotion.

AMR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error. This can occur even when an order has been confirmed and payment made. In the event that payment has already been made, AMR will immediately credit the amounts charged.

This site is owned and controlled by AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies Pty Ltd. All operations and content have been Trademarked and copyrighted. All text, site design, logos, images etc are the exclusive property of AMR and cannot be reproduced, modified, copied, uploaded etc for any purposes, unless specified in writing, signed by AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies Pty Ltd.

AMR is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the use of this website or any website linked to or from this website.

AMR trade card allows you to receive trade pricing, quantity break deals, special trade offers, exclusive new release product updates as well as ongoing training schedules. These are all done by email, SMS alerts or distribution of AMR trade catalogues to your designated address.


The AMR Trade Card is free-of-charge and there are no contracts in place. Should you wish to no longer receive correspondence from AMR, you can opt out by returning a confirmation to AMR via SMS or email or by returning your Trade Card to any AMR Beauty Trade Store.


Professional use only products such as bleach, peroxide, colourants and wax products are to be used by qualified beauty professionals only. You fully understand the potential risks and side effects associated with professional products. All products are to be used in accordance to the product manufacturer’s guidelines.


No responsibility will be accepted for the misuse, incorrect selection or recommendation of product by AMR staff. Should unfavourable effects happen to yourself, you acknowledge that AMR and its staff are not liable for any restoration and/or maintenance of the result of your chosen product.

AMR cards remain the property of AMR. Please present this card in store prior to payment to ensure the membership is active for the transaction. Only one AMR card can be issued per member and is not transferable to any other party.


The card is not a credit card, charge card or gift card and cannot be used to accrue or redeem points. You must have a valid and unique email address and mobile to activate any AMR card. Please see our privacy policy for more information.


A valid AMR card must be presented by the member, whose card number matches the member number, for all but not limited to, transactions, transaction enquiries, information requests, update requests, promotional purchases or trade transactions. If this is not the case AMR reserves the right to retain the card and cancel membership.


If requested by AMR, members are required to verify their identity by providing photo identification.


Please notify AMR by emailing if the card is lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced or your details require updating. If found, please post to AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies Pty Ltd, 5 Inglis Road, Ingleburn, NSW, 2565. AMR will not be held responsible for any authorised or unauthorised use.

Receipt of order confirmation does not represent our acceptance of your order, and it does not confirm our offer to sell. AMR reserves the right to accept or decline an order, for any reason, even if Order Confirmation has been sent.


AMR has the right to supply less than the ordered quantity, without providing notice, even if Order Confirmation has been sent. Your payment will be adjusted accordingly to the amended total.


Order must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment prior to shipping. AMR reserves the right to request additional verifications and information before accepting any order.

If you happen to find a lower price than ours, notify us by completing the form on our Price Beat page and we will notify you if  it is eligible for a price beat.

In Store and Online pricing may be lower than our advertised prices to ensure everyday low prices.

It is our policy that the competitor's price is confirmed by an AMR team member to ensure compliance to the following terms and conditions:

  • The competitor is based in Australia
  • The catalogue, quote or voucher is current and valid
  • The comparison product is identical to what AMR has available
  • The product is currently in-stock and available in the quantity requested from the competitor
  • Any additional competitor conditions, including and not limited to payment type, delivery, trade or retail pricing and taxation are met
  • Price Beat policy applies only to full priced items. If a competitor’s advertised price is listed as a sale item, AMR will be able to price match, however, we cannot Price Beat.
  • Products advertised on any third-party marketing selling platform (eg eBay, Catch, Amazon etc) are excluded from the AMR Price Beat feature.

Additionally, AMR reserves the right to limit quantities. The following exclusions apply:

  • Delivery charges

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

AMR can, at its sole discretion, adjust exclusions at any time. For a list of current exclusions refer to the promotions terms and conditions, the product detail page or contact Only one coupon per order can be used at any one time.

If you wish to cancel your order, we will be happy to accommodate only if the order has not been picked and/or shipped. In the case that your order has been picked and/or shipped there will be a 20% restocking fee.


AMR reserves the right to refuse order cancellation, or a cancellation fee will be charged equal to the actual cost of shipping to and from the original order destination, in the event that the order has already been dispatched, and only if we are able to request the return of the package from the courier company.

Payment can be made by Credit Card through PayPal or Commweb. Credit Card options include Visa and MasterCard. All payments made by Credit Card will have a pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds are accessible and to confirm legitimacy of payment method. These funds will be frozen and the full amount charged will be taken out once the order has been despatched.


All Credit Cart Payments will state ‘AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies Pty Ltd’ as the receiver of monies taken from this site on your Bank Statement.


Direct Deposit Details will be provided when chosen for payment method in the Checkout Process. They will also be present on the Order Confirmation that will be sent via email. Please use the Order Number as the Reference when making payment. Shipment of goods will not be made until full payment has been received.

All shipments are made with Express Couriers or Postage Services. Freight charges are stated within the Shipping Page and may change without notice. Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following business day. If there is a problem with your order and we cannot fill it within this time frame, AMR will contact you using the contact details that were provided in the ordering process. Please ensure that all details provided are up to date and current. All delivery times stated on this site are estimated times only, and may vary. AMR will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery. On delivery, all orders require a signature before release of order. If you would like your parcel to be delivered without a signature, leave a special message in the ordering process. In this instance, AMR will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by shipping provider and all responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you. Once the order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform AMR of any damages or faults within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as AMR will take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result.

Authority to Leave
If you are not home at time of delivery and wish to have your item left in a safe spot, you must select the ‘Authority to Leave’ option. In the event that you are not home and items are returned to depot, AMR reserves the right to on-charge additional freight costs incurred for the re-delivery of goods. Selecting this option ensures that you are aware of this.

Same Day Delivery Service in Sydney Metro
We now offer a Same Day Delivery service on business days only in selected Sydney metropolitan region for a flat rate of $35

Terms and Conditions For Same Day Delivery

  • To be eligible for same day delivery, Same Day delivery orders need to be placed online by 12pm AEST and will be delivered before 7pm AEST that day. All same day deliveries require that a person is available to receive your item/s when then the courier arrives unless an Authority to Leave (ATL) has been provided at the time of checkout.
  • An additional re-delivery fee will be charged to the customer if no ATL is provided.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept Same Day Delivery orders to Australia Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers. They can only be delivered to a business or residential addresses where a person is physically able to accept the delivery from the courier.
  • If you place an order on a non-business day (e.g. weekend or public holiday) and select Same Day Delivery, your delivery will arrive on the following business day.
  • If you are eligible for Same Day Delivery, you will be provided with the option to pay for this at checkout.

Some items as listed on our website are drop shipped directly by the supplier. Drop shipping orders will not incur additional fees and there is no minimum order requirement for individual drop shipped orders. AMR will not be held accountable for any potential loss or damaged property that has been sent via drop shipping. We cannot be held responsible for good that does not arrive to the customer due to errors made by the customer or drop shipper when entering the residential address. Please ensure you are thorough in checking your order details before confirming your order. Also note that the address must be accessible to courier drivers and if no shipping instructions are left that someone is there to receive the package.
