AMR Gift Box - Packaging

when placing a online order we were told 3-5 bussiness days. we waited 11 days and when we called the help line to seek help after we only had recived 50% of the order and the rest was missing. she was rude saying she couldnt do anything and it would arrive. As a bussiness we reply on stock and for stock timefames to be correct, we understand delays occur but the need for rudeness wasnt neccasary and has left us now not wanting to order with them again.
