Step 1: Prep with Anti-Residue Shampoo
- Apply to wet hair and massage until it forms a rich lather.
- Pro Tip: Leave the shampoo on for 5 minutes (Step 1 has a pH of 9.0 to open the hair cuticles).
- Rinse thoroughly. For virgin or resistant hair, repeat the process to ensure all buildup is removed.
- Blow-dry the hair to 80% dry (it should be slightly damp to the touch).
Step 2: Smooth with Brazilian EcoKeratin Treatment
- Divide the hair into 6 equal sections.
- Apply the treatment using a brush, starting 1cm away from the scalp. Use a fine-tooth comb to spread the product evenly to the ends. Do not over-saturate.
- Wait: Let the product sit for 30 to 60 minutes depending on hair type (30 mins for fine/blonde, 60 mins for thick/resistant).
- Rinse (Optional/Partial): For very fine or blonde hair, you may partially rinse (about 30%) the excess product with water only before drying. For resistant hair, do not rinse.
- Blow-dry the hair 100% dry using cool to medium air.
- Flat Ironing: Take very thin sections. Iron from roots to ends:
- Blonde/Damaged hair: 180°C to 200°C (10–15 passes).
- Normal/Resistant hair: 230°C (15–20 passes).
Step 3: Seal with Deep Conditioning Mask
- Rinse the hair thoroughly with water (no shampoo).
- Apply the Deep Conditioning Mask from mid-lengths to ends.
- Leave for 5–10 minutes to stabilize the hair’s pH (4.5).
- Rinse again and style as desired.
