For maximum color impact, apply a white or nude eyeshadow base to the eyelids before application. Use a dense packing brush to ""pat"" the vibrant matte shades onto the lid to build intensity, then use a clean blending brush to soften the edges. For the shimmer shades, apply with a damp synthetic brush or fingertip to achieve a high-shine, foiled effect.
Pro-MUA Tip: To create a ""Party Pop"" graphic liner look, dampen an angled brush with a mixing medium or setting spray and dip it into the desired shade to create a custom liquid liner. This palette is designed for layering, so don't be afraid to mix shades to create unique, neon-adjacent gradients.
