Collection: Setting Spray
Makeup Setting Spray
Achieving the perfect makeup look can sometimes feel like a challenge. When you finally nail a look, you want it to last as long as possible.
Helping to keep it from running, rubbing or just to keep it looking fresher for longer, makeup setting spray can help. Be sure to keep the ingredients to make sure they're compatible with your skin and always remember to do a skin test patch first.
One of the best things about finishing spray is that they're simple to use and don't require much effort, even if you aren't the most makeup savvy person around.
Using Makeup Setting Spray
Firstly you need to apply your makeup and complete your routine. This is the most time-consuming part of the entire process. Pro tip: Don't forget to apply primer first for the best results.
Some makeup artists say you can also use setting spray during the makeup process. After completing the primer then foundation, putting the setting spray onto a beauty blender and apply to your face. This will help to create a better barrier against the elements, helping your makeup to last longer.
Secondly, once you've completed your look, hold the setting product approximately 30 centimetres from your face and then spray. Be sure to keep your eyes closed to ensure none goes in your eyes and it can sit nicely over your eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara. Allow it to then dry (some brands dry within seconds).
Once dried, you'll be ready to do your entire days worth of shopping and head out for dinner with your makeup still looking perfect!
