- Mixing: Combine SoColor 505N with 20 Volume Matrix Cream Developer in a 1:1 mixing ratio. Note: 20 Volume is the standard developer for the Extra Coverage series to ensure proper pigment deposit on gray hair.
- Application: Apply to dry, unwashed hair. For the best results, start application on the most resistant gray areas (usually the temples and hairline). The 505N provides a neutral, natural-looking medium brown without the "translucency" often seen in standard color lines.
- Processing: Process at room temperature for a full 45 minutes. Do not use heat. The extended processing time allows the high-load pigments to fully saturate and anchor within resistant hair fibers.
- Rinse: Rinse the hair thoroughly until the water runs completely clear. Shampoo and condition with a professional-grade system like Matrix Color Obsessed to maintain the depth and tone
