To achieve maximum lift of up to 5 levels with an intensified ash reflect, mix Matrix SoColor Ultra Blonde UL-A+ in a 1:2 ratio (1 part color to 2 parts developer) with 30 or 40 Volume Matrix Cream Developer and apply to dry hair, ensuring thorough saturation to allow the high-concentration ash pigments to neutralize warmth during the lifting process. Process at room temperature for 50 minutes—avoid using heat as it can compromise the Pre-Bonded technology—then emulsify with warm water, rinse until the water runs completely clear, and finish with a pH-balanced shampoo and conditioner to seal the cuticle and lock in the ultra-cool blonde tone.
