After the initial processing and thorough rinsing of the straightening or perming cream, towel-dry the hair and apply the C2 Neutralizer Cream evenly from roots to ends using a professional tint brush or applicator. Ensure every strand is fully saturated to guarantee an even "lock-in" of the new hair structure, allowing the product to process for approximately 7–10 minutes depending on the hair's porosity and the specific technical requirements of the service. Once processing is complete, rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water for several minutes until all product is removed, then follow with a professional pH-balancing treatment or conditioner.
