Phase 1: The In-Salon Treatment (Steps 1, 2, 3 & Diva Styler)
1. Prep: Apply Step 1 Anti-Residue Shampoo to wet hair. Massage into a lather. Leave for 5 minutes to open the cuticle. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if hair is virgin or resistant.
2. Dry: Blow-dry the hair to 80% dry.
3. Apply: Section the hair into 6 parts. Apply Step 2 EcoKeratin Treatment using a brush and a fine-tooth comb. Keep 1cm away from the scalp.
4. Dry Again: Blow-dry the hair 100% dry using cold to medium air.
5. Seal: Use the Diva Glam Styler. Take very thin sections and flat iron from roots to ends.

- Damaged/Blonde Hair: 10–15 passes at 200°C (390°F).
- Normal/Resistant Hair: 15–20 passes at 230°C (450°F).
6. Finish: Rinse hair with water only. Apply Step 3 Deep Conditioning Mask. Leave for 5–10 minutes, then rinse and style.
Phase 2: Home Care Maintenance & Styling
- Daily Wash: Use Anti-Frizz Shampoo on the scalp and Anti-Frizz Conditioner on the lengths and ends. These are salt-free to prevent the keratin from stripping.
- Weekly Treatment: Replace your conditioner with the Hydrating Hair Complex Mask once a week. Leave for 10 minutes for a deep moisture "recharge."
- Daily Protection: Apply a small amount of Primer Pre-Styling to damp hair before any heat exposure or sun/chlorine exposure. Do not rinse.
