Fragrance changed:...?

Was just informed by person in the chat that fragrance has changed on this one. I loved it before- now it reminds me of 80's school in Sydney. Perkins paste. Or crushed up Panadol.
The results are still the same I was assured- and I do NOT doubt that. Limitless is a great brand. Wish I had known of the change before spending my money on something that will(in my case straight away and quite literally) go straight down the basin/drain.
Note:- seems to be No refund/store credit if you don't like it having changed- I'm not sure if there was something up warning that- but I wasn't offered anything other than 'fragrance is personal' which is 100% true- so there must be a disclaimer about the change somewhere, I just didn't see it.

New fragrance is a big no from me- but if you like it or can get past it, I'm sure it'll be 5 stars for you.

We understand that fragrance is very personal, and while some customers prefer the new scent, others may have preferred the original. Unfortunately, it is impossible to create a fragrance that suits everyone's individual preferences.
That said, we can assure you that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality or performance of the range. The only change made was to the fragrance, and the product continues to meet our quality standards.

I really didn’t like the shampoo or conditioner I feel the shampoo didn’t clean my hair well n it made it very dry before I put conditioner on n after I do the conditioner it didn’t feel soft it was like I didn’t put any conditioner on at all
