Directions
- Mixing: Combine the SoColor 3RV with Matrix Cream Developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 volume) in a 1:1 mixing ratio. A 20-volume developer is standard for achieving the best balance of depth and Red-Violet vibrancy.
- Application: Apply to dry, unwashed hair using a bowl and brush. The 3RV shade is excellent for creating "Burgundy" or "Mulberry" effects; ensure even saturation to prevent "patchy" tonal shifts in the red and violet pigments.
- Processing: Process at room temperature for 35 to 45 minutes. Do not use heat, as the Pre-Bonded formula is calibrated to develop its complex multidimensional tones at ambient temperature.
- Rinse: Rinse the hair thoroughly with cool water (to help "lock in" the violet pigments) until the water runs clear. Shampoo and condition with a professional color-safe system to prevent premature fading of the Red-Violet tones.
