- Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, mix the SoColor 4N with Matrix Cream Developer (10 or 20 Volume is recommended for most 4N applications) in a 1:1 mixing ratio.
- Application: Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. For 100% gray coverage, start application on the most resistant gray areas. The 4N Natural shade provides a neutral, balanced base that is ideal for consistent, predictable results.
- Processing: Process at room temperature for 35 to 45 minutes. Do not use heat, as the Pre-Bonded formula is specifically calibrated to reach its full potential at ambient temperature.
- Rinse: Rinse the hair thoroughly until the water runs clear. Shampoo and condition with a professional color-safe system to ensure the medium brown pigment is locked in.
