- Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, mix the SoColor 7CC with Matrix Cream Developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 Volume) in a 1:1 mixing ratio.
- Application: Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. The 7CC is an intense copper; it is designed for maximum vibrancy. For the most luminous "true copper" results, apply to natural level 7 hair or lighter. Ensure heavy saturation to avoid patchy results, as high-chroma pigments require even coverage.
- Processing: Process at room temperature for 35 to 45 minutes. Do not use heat. Ambient air development is essential to allow the double-copper molecules to anchor deeply and for the Pre-Bonded system to shield the hair fiber.
- Rinse: Rinse the hair thoroughly with cool water to seal the cuticle. Shampoo and condition with a professional sulfate-free system (such as Matrix Keep Me Vivid) to maintain the "high-definition" copper reflect.
