- Preparation: Place the Hot Wax pellets into a professional wax heater. Heat until the wax reaches a creamy, honey-like consistency. Patch test on the inside of your wrist to ensure the temperature is comfortable before application.
- Application: Cleanse the skin with a pre-wax lotion to remove oils. Using a wooden spatula, apply a thick layer of wax in the direction of hair growth, ensuring the edges are slightly thicker for easier removal.
- Removal: Wait for the wax to set (it should no longer be tacky to the touch). Hold the skin taut with one hand. Grip the thickened edge of the wax and pull back quickly and firmly against the direction of hair growth, keeping the wax close to the skin.
- Aftercare: Apply an after-wax oil or soothing lotion to remove any remaining residue and calm the skin.
- Caution: Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Do not overheat the wax, as it may cause burns.
