Wella Professionals Shinefinity is a professional demi-permanent colour glaze created for clients who want to refine tone, restore luminosity or refresh previously coloured hair without lifting the natural base. Its balanced-pH system deposits translucent colour while respecting the hair's natural highs and lows, making it a controlled option for tonal adjustment rather than a permanent colour change. The gel-cream texture is designed for clean, even salon application and leaves the hair with a smooth, silky feel and a healthy-looking, glass-like finish.
What the Shinefinity Service Delivers
Zero-lift, true-to-tone colour glazing that enhances the existing base instead of lightening it.
Translucent tone and reflective shine for natural, coloured, porous or pre-lightened hair.
Balanced-pH technology with hydrating lipids to help smooth the cuticle and support a soft hair feel.
A no-drip gel-cream consistency suited to bottle application or a professional bowl-and-brush service.
A broad palette for cooling warmth, enriching natural-looking tones, adding warmth or creating a clear shine service.
Choose the Shade and Service Intentionally
The Cool, Natural and Warm shade groups allow the colourist to select depth and tonal direction around the client's starting level, porosity and desired finish. Shade results remain translucent, so the existing canvas influences the final appearance. Booster-labelled shades are formulation tools rather than ordinary depth shades: they may be used to adjust intensity, support neutralisation or create a more customised formula. Clear 00/00 can be selected for a pure shine service or used to soften another shade. Always follow the current Wella shade guide for the exact role and quantity of a Booster; the Booster options are not interchangeable and should not be treated as standard standalone depth shades.
Professional Application
Shinefinity Glaze must be combined with the dedicated Shinefinity Activator and applied by a trained colour professional. Wella supports applications on dry or towel-dried hair and publishes distinct standard, speed, corrective and balancing glaze services. The colourist should therefore select the service route before deciding the application canvas and development time. Hair history, porosity, prior lightening and the target tone must be assessed before formulation, and the current pack instructions and professional technical guide remain the controlling directions for the selected shade and activator.
Professional Notes
This is a deposit-only colour glaze; it is not a lightener and should not be sold as a permanent grey-coverage service.
The same shade can appear different across natural, coloured and pre-lightened starting levels.
Booster shades require formula-specific judgement and must not be substituted solely because their tonal names appear similar.
Use only the dedicated Shinefinity system, observe all colour-service warnings and complete the required allergy alert procedure before application.
